Return Information
To return any Garmont, Bridgedale, Life-Link, or 7tm product, bring the item and your original receipt to your local retailer or contact the online vendor you purchased the product from - all returns must be dealt with the store the product was purchased from.
If the item was purchased directly from Garmont USA or Canada, you must first email info@garmontusa.com for a Return Authorization number.
If returned for credit or exchange the product must be returned in new condition in the original packaging within a shipping box. Refunds of new product are only applicable to the original merchandise price you paid - shipping fees are non-refundable. Please include a copy of the original packing slip for your refund.
Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a $5.00 handling charge.
Any items sent to Garmont without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused. Please try on your shoes indoors to discover any fit concerns or defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Garmont within 365 days of purchase - provided you bought the product through Garmont's website. If shoes have been worn outside or tags have been removed, the return will be denied.
Warranty
All Garmont USA products are warranted for one year against manufacturer defects and workmanship.
If you feel you have defective product, please contact the Garmont retailer or online vendor you purchased the product from to have your return processed. All warranty claims must go through the retailer or online vendor the product was purchased from.
Items sent by the retailer to Garmont without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused.
