<Return Information

To return any Garmont, Bridgedale, Icebug, Rottefella, or Silvretta product, bring the item and your original receipt to your local retailer.

If the item was purchased directly from Garmont USA or Canada, you must first call for a Return Authorization number.

If returned for credit or exchange the product must be returned in new condition in the original packaging within a shipping box.

Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a $5.00 handling
charge.

Any items sent to Garmont without a Return Authorization number written clearly
on the outside of the box will be refused.



Warranty

All Garmont USA products are warranted for one year against manufacturer defects and workmanship.

If you feel you have defective product, please visit your local Garmont retailer to have your return processed.

If you purchased your items from Garmont directly, call Garmont for a Return Authorization number.

Items sent to Garmont without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused.
